Potential for expanding role to include building the actual online course platform
Flexibility to adjust course content based on client feedback and evolving needs
Responsibilities
:
Consolidate and organize information from various sources into a cohesive instructional design for a financial literacy course
Design and develop both an online course and corresponding PowerPoint presentations for in-person teaching
Collaborate with the client to understand and organize their ideas into an effective instructional format
Create an outline for the course structure and content
Develop engaging and easy-to-understand presentations of complex financial concepts
Ensure consistency between the online course materials and PowerPoint presentations
Requirements
:
Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, preferably in the field of finance or adult education
Strong skills in PowerPoint and online course development tools
Excellent organizational and information synthesis abilities
Effective communication skills for collaborating with subject matter experts
Creativity in presenting complex information in an engaging manner
Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
