Content Marketing Manager

to oversee and execute content marketing and social media strategies for the agency. This role is crucial in elevating Inkhouse’s brand presence in the market. The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for continuing to build and manage the brand’s digital presence which includes the website, social media channels and a weekly newsletter. This role will report directly to the Head of Marketing at Orchestra (our parent company).Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive content marketing strategies that align with Inkhouse’s objectives and target audiencesCreate and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content delivery across all platformsConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for content creationContent Creation and Management:

Oversee the creation of high-quality content for InkhouseLead the creation and distribution of a weekly newsletter, ensuring it is engaging, informative and aligns with client interests and Inkhouse business goalsCollaborate with internal teams and clients to produce compelling content that resonates with target audiencesEnsure all content adheres to brand guidelines, voice and style

Social Media Strategy and Execution:Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance Inkhouse brand awareness, drive engagement and generate leadsManage and grow Inkhouse’s presence across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter and InstagramMonitor social media trends and best practices to optimize content performance and engagementAnalytics and Reporting:Track and analyze content and social media performance using relevant metrics and toolsProvide regular reports and insights on content and social media performance to the Head of Marketing at OrchestraAdjust strategies based on data-driven insights to achieve desired outcomesCollaborate with other departments, including PR, digital and design to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing effortsFoster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging team growth and developmentJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field5-7 years of experience in content marketing, social media management or a related role; experience with B2B and/or B2C tech preferredProven track record of developing and executing successful content and social media strategiesExperience in creating and managing newsletters and other external communicationsStrong understanding of content marketing best practices, SEO and social media platformsExceptional writing, editing and communication skillsProficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media tools and analytics platformsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCreative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExperience with HubSpot, SproutSocial and SEMrush is preferredWhy Inkhouse?Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and innovative clientsCollaborative and supportive work environmentCompetitive salary and benefits packageProfessional growth and development opportunitiesCompensation :$85,000-$105,000, commensurate with experienceThe sign at the front desk at our headquarters reads, “Work Hard & Be Nice to People.” At Inkhouse, culture is our business model.
