Adopted by hundreds of manufacturers in thousands of products, Dante is the de facto standard for modern AV connectivity.You’ll find us in the largest companies and institutions like the Sydney Opera House, NFL Media Headquarters, Microsoft, major universities, and even a 900-year-old cathedral featured in Harry Potter.About the roleAs Director of Marketing, you'll be responsible for strategic planning, development, and implementation of our brand, content, events, advertising, and public relations activities, both externally and internally. In addition, you'll oversee the regional execution of Audinate's marketing plans as well as partner marketing.You will direct the efforts of the marketing communications, regional marketing, and partner marketing staff, contractors, and agencies and are expected to interface at both strategic and tactical levels of the company.How we workWe have flexibility to work from home but also collaborate every week in-person at our office in Portland as well as working remotely alongside colleagues globally.ResponsibilitiesEstablishing and maintaining overall brand strategy for the Audinate and Dante brands and ensuring internal and external consistency of brand execution.Work closely with our Director of Demand Generation and Product Marketing team to execute campaigns, including understanding effectiveness of different creative executions and optimizing based on results.Oversee all industry advertising, including establishing advertising goals, determining creative direction, developing media plans, tracking budgets, and closely monitoring performance metrics.Set the strategy for Audinate’s PR activities, including establishing goals, approving plans, and executing tactics including press releases.Responsible for Audinate’s participation in global tradeshows and events, including determining the strategic direction of the events, overseeing the execution of tradeshows and events, and measuring the results and ROI.Manage global team of marketing professionals, as well as external PR, advertising, and design agencies.What we're looking for10+ years of senior marketing experience with 5+ years of people management and a track record of progressively increasing responsibilities.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to glean insights and turn them into action.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work cross-functionally both within marketing and across other functions.Proven track record of managing a high-performance team of individual contributors.Additional desired skills and experienceHands-on experience in the professional AV, pro audio, and/or professional broadcast markets.MBA and/or advanced level of marketing qualifications.What you’ll experience with usWith us, your ambition extends as far as our reach.
