We take pride in working side by side with our clients and make it our business to deeply understand their business.We are looking for a full-time Director of Marketing Analytics & Performance who is strategically minded to help us grow our clients’ businesses, both D2C and B2B. This role is a balance between hands-on implementation, strategic planning, and leadership.You Are:

You are a data-oriented growth marketing professional with experience working in-house or at an agency managing large and quickly changing budgets. Your specialties include paid channels and attribution. You are comfortable, and excited, when speaking with clients about their marketing performance and strategies.Description: Channel Optimization and Management

Oversee digital campaign strategy and performance, hitting targets within budget.Develop strategies for core growth channels such as Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Email, Affiliates, Sponsored Content, Direct Mail, Audio, and more.Assess channel contributions to overall growth volume and efficiency and make key decisions about spend allocation across channels.Identify novel opportunities to efficiently achieve growth - and

Build internal and client-facing dashboards (Looker Studio or similar).Ensure all growth metrics are measurable, accurate, and available for a variety of analyses. Own growth reporting and responsibility for key metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, CVR, etc.Own platform and website tagging, tracking, and QA.Lead the charge in driving operational efficiencies by planning and implementing process documentation, automations, lead routing, templating, data warehousing, and new technologies.Utilize quantitative data and qualitative insights to identify trends; utilize these insights to test hypotheses and scale wins across client accounts.Brand

Stay abreast of market trends and the competitive landscape of the industries our clients operate in.Education and Experience Required

Knowledge and passion for the furniture and design industry8+ years of relevant experience4-year degree in Marketing, Business or related fieldPassionate about performance marketing and dataExperience running ads via their native platforms (vs. an agency)Experience owning and reporting on key KPIs to clients such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, etc.Deep understanding of SEM advertising campaign management and optimization practices across Google and Microsoft Ads platforms.Deep understanding of paid social advertising best practicesExperience with different CRM, ESP, and CMS platformsExperience running clean A/B creative and audience testsKnowledge of G Suite, especially SheetsAdvanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Looker StudioCertifications: Google Ads Search, Google AnalyticsSkills and Abilities Required
