As we scale from six locations to a national presence, we are looking for a results-driven Fractional Performance Marketer to optimize and accelerate our digital marketing efforts, ensuring our message reaches the right audience and drives exceptional growth. About the Role We are seeking an experienced and analytical Performance Marketer to lead our paid media strategy and execution. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our marketing assistant and leadership to optimize ad campaigns, increase patient acquisition, and maximize ROI. You will be responsible for creating and scaling direct response campaigns across platforms while enhancing our funnel performance through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities Paid Media Strategy & Execution Develop, implement, and optimize paid search and social media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube). Continuously analyze campaign performance and implement A/B testing to improve conversion rates. Create data-driven ad creatives and messaging tailored to specific audience segments. Funnel Optimization Audit and enhance our existing marketing funnels to improve lead generation, activation, and retention. Collaborate on optimizing our CRM (GoHighLevel) to improve lead nurturing workflows. Implement strategies to lower CAC (Cost-Per-Acquisition) and extend LTV (Lifetime Value) of patients. Data Analysis & Reporting Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights on key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, and LTV. Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and propose scalable strategies to leadership. Conduct market research to understand competitors and trends for continuous campaign improvement. Collaboration & Support Partner with the marketing assistant and content editor to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Share knowledge and best practices to upskill the internal marketing team. Qualifications Required: 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid search and social media. Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably for SMBs or service-based businesses. Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and funnel-building tools. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, GoHighLevel, or similar. Experience driving measurable results with direct response campaigns. Preferred: Background in healthcare, wellness, or service-based industries. Knowledge of branding strategies and how to balance direct response with long-term brand growth. Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM workflows. Soft Skills: Results-driven with a focus on ROI. Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
