The Marketing Director’s primary duty will be to oversee the entire marketing department. Our Marketing Director will oversee, coordinate, and participate in the development of marketing strategies and products for our growing organization. The responsibility involves assessing and creating RREMC company’s marketing plan and marketing strategy, and planning, coordinating and directing marketing efforts. The Marketing Director conducts competitor research and research demand for an organization’s services and products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· The Marketing Director will oversee, coordinate, and participate in the development of marketing strategies and products for our growing organization

· Creating a team environment that encourages accountability, high standards, and innovation.

· Forecast, draft, implement, and oversee the marketing department’s operating budget and show project ROI.

· Oversight of the daily workflow of the marketing department.

· Conceptualize, plan and lead in the development and execution of the annual marketing plan, articulating essential initiatives, objectives, and performance metrics.

· Developing promotions along with Advertising Managers.

· Building brand awareness, including positioning.

· Coordinating marketing projects from beginning to end.

· Compiling lists that describe the company’s offerings.

· Developing and understanding finance and budgets to include research and development appropriations, expenditures and profit-loss projections.

· Identifying the company’s potential customers.

· Creating and managing advertising campaigns.

· Network and build relationships with media, influencers, and community stakeholders.

· Direct and implement our advertising and promotional activities.

· Prepare effective advertising campaigns based on market research.

· Collaborate with senior executives and develop growth plans for our organization.

Performing other work-related duties as assigned.

Education-Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field required; (Master’s Degree preferred)

· Proven experience (7 years) in a senior marketing role within the restaurant/hospitality industry, with a successful track record of opening and building new concepts.

· Experience creating data-driven and creatively inspiring integrated marketing strategy

· Expertise in Social Media platforms as a tool to promote Brand

· Outstanding critical thinking skills and thought leadership

· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations

· Brand Builder- deep understanding of marketing & communications strategies to build Brand concepts

· Expert Communicator - excellent written and verbal communication skills, including listening; adept storytelling ability, including identifying compelling stories and creating content (written, video, etc.) that compels people to action

· Project Manager - ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines; ability to manage contractors and vendors as needed, providing tailored feedback and managing deadlines

· Thorough understanding of market developments, marketing strategies and practices
