We are looking for a dynamic, dedicated and courteous person to join our team as a Marketing Director onsite in our corporate office. The Marketing Director’s primary duty is to oversee the entire marketing strategy for Lunar Companies, Lunar Transport, RNL Driving Academy and Baggers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Assess and create our company’s marketing plan and marketing strategy, and then planning, coordinating and directing marketing efforts.
Conduct competitor research and also researches demand for an organization’s services and products.
Lead development of marketing strategy by working closely with clients, managers, creatives, content providers, and distribution partners to create effective plans focused on growing the audience for our products and services.
Spearhead the execution of marketing campaigns, including test and control group segmentation, testing, tracking, results reporting, analyses, and recommendations.
Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategy, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive customer interest and sales.
Communicate the marketing plan.
Build brand awareness, including positioning.
Coordinate marketing projects from beginning to end.
Compile lists that describe the company’s offerings.
Develop and understand finance and budgets to include research and development appropriations, expenditures and profit-loss projections.
Identify the company’s potential customers.
Create and manage advertising campaigns and develop promotions.
Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.
