The Opportunity –

We are looking to hire an experienced Director of Digital Marketing to join our growing substance abuse treatment facility. The Director of Digital Marketing’s responsibilities include evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning, and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to executive management teams, and building awareness and positioning for company brands. The Director of Digital Marketing must organize company conferences, trade shows, and major events.

To succeed as a Director of Digital Marketing, you must have strong written communication skills, proficiency with taking notes, the ability to multi-task, and build relationships with others. This role is a vital member of the Good Landing Recovery System of Care and will be expected to be skilled in script writing, production, digital media, social media, and all creative elements of the company’s campaigns.

Duties/Responsibilities-

Reports directly to the CEO.

Provide leadership and supervision to the marketing team, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Oversee the marketing team to develop a process to maximize profits and market share while balancing patient satisfaction.

Understand and develop budgets and finance, including expenditures, research, and development appropriations, return-on-investment, and profit-loss projections.

Identify short-term and long-term scheduling and resource needs, including development and management of annual marketing budgets.

Develop and manage advertising campaigns.

Build brand awareness and positioning.

Coordinate marketing projects from start to finish.

Organize company conferences, trade shows, and major events.

Oversee social media marketing strategy and content marketing.

Ensure that all compliance regulations such as HIPAA, CFR 42, CFR 45, and others are upheld.

Be on-call for clients for complex emergencies.

Attend and actively participate in Good Landing Recovery staff meetings and other meetings (in-service training/workshops) as required.

Provide various ecclesiastical duties in support of the company and company owner’s core beliefs, including providing prayer to clients and practical biblical guidance.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience-

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications.

Proficiency with HTML, content management systems, and design software.

Established a roster of media and PR contacts.

At least 2-4 years of experience in a director role in a substance abuse treatment environment.
