Job Summary:

This position will play a key role in developing and executing marking strategies that enhance our brand presence, drive patient engagement, and support our mission of providing compassionate mental health care. Position involves collaboration with various teams to create effective marketing campaigns, manage digital content and analyze performance metrics.

Responsibilities:Campaign Development : Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media to promote our services and initiatives.Content Creation : Develop engaging content for our website, social media platforms, newsletters, and promotional materials that reflect our brand voice and resonate with our target audience.WordPress Management : Regularly update and maintain the clinic's WordPress website, including posting new content, optimizing existing pages for SEO, and ensuring a user-friendly experience. Troubleshoot and resolve any website issues as they arise.Marketing Research : Conduct marketing research to identify trends, target demographics, and competitive positioning. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.Analytics & Reporting : Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytic tools. Prepare regular reports to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the social media manager, clinical teams, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with organizational goals.Event Coordination : Assist in planning and executing marketing events, community outreach programs, and educational seminars to promote mental health awareness and clinic services.Brand Management : Help maintain brand integrity and consistency across all marketing materials and communications.Qualifications

Education, Skills and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industryProficiency in WordPress for website management and updates.Strong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.Basic graphic design skillsFamiliarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.Passion for mental health and wellness.Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skillsDetail oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multipleprojects simultaneously.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
