Key Responsibilities:

Drive the creation and evolution of a compelling corporate brand that stands out in the competitive residential real estate market. Ensure the brand is innovative, consistent, and aligned with the company's business strategy.Spearhead the go-to-market strategy for the product, positioning it as a disruptor in the market, particularly for home buyers and sellers.Develop and implement clear, authentic messaging and deliver value-driven content to establish credibility and trust with key target audiences.Develop and execute high-impact, digital-first marketing strategies focused on driving exponential user growth through personalized, targeted campaigns that speak directly to customer needs at every touchpoint.Track and optimize key performance metrics, including user acquisition, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and more, to continuously refine marketing performance.Constantly refine and optimize the entire digital marketing funnel to enhance user experiences and maximize conversion rates. Implement rigorous A/B and multivariate testing to drive measurable improvements across the customer journey.Oversee the strategy for organic visibility and lead the implementation of paid campaigns across key platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn. Ensure constant testing and iteration to stay ahead of search algorithm changes and improve ROI.Manage marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce, ensuring campaigns are personalized, targeted, and automated for scale.Efficiently manage the marketing budget to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and optimizecustomer acquisition cost (CAC).Work closely with UX/UI and product development teams to ensure marketing messages are cohesive, impactful, and aligned with the platform's functionalities, enhancing user experience at all touchpoints.Stay at the forefront of AI-driven marketing innovations by incorporating AI tools for personalization, predictive analytics, and campaign automation. Leverage these insights to anticipate user behavior, inform strategies, and continually optimize engagement.Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture that thrives on innovation, creativity, and data-driven decision-making. Mentor talent specializing in digital marketing, content creation, performance analytics, and emerging marketing technologies.Partner with technology teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing technologies, including CRM systems and customer data platforms (CDPs). Ensure the marketing infrastructure is scalable to support the company's growth trajectory.Qualifications:

5+ years experience in a Senior Management role, preferably in a startup or entrepreneurial environment that has experienced hyperscale growth.Experience in building a brand, digital growth marketing, including paid search (PPC), paid social, and programmatic advertising.Experience leading teams along with ability to develop and mentor others.Proven experience driving go-to-market strategies for tech platforms, with a strongunderstanding of SaaS, PaaS, or AI-driven platforms.Proven experience with SEO/SEM optimization, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).Expertise with understanding data analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau for tracking KPIs, conversion funnels, and user behavior.Experience using AI and machine learning technologies to drive marketing automation, predictive insights, and personalized user experiences.Experience in building and optimizing digital marketing infrastructures that align with modern software products, ensuring scalability.Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and the ability to collaborate with design and product teams to enhance customer engagement through seamless experiences.Ability to navigate cross-functional teams, vendors, and agencies to align business objectives.A strong grasp of digital innovation trends, with the ability to incorporate the latest tools and technologies into strategic planning for the company,
