Key Responsibilities:

Grant Writing & Application:

Research and identify potential grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government sources.

Prepare and submit compelling grant proposals and applications that align with organizational goals and funder priorities.

Develop and maintain a grant calendar to track deadlines and reporting requirements.

Grant Management:

Monitor and ensure compliance with grant requirements and guidelines.

Prepare and submit progress reports, financial reports, and other required documentation.

Collaborate with program staff to collect data and evaluate program outcomes for reporting purposes.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with current and potential funders.

Conduct outreach and follow-up communications with funders to strengthen partnerships and support future funding opportunities.

Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and events as needed.

Research & Analysis:

Stay informed about trends and best practices in grant funding and nonprofit management.

Prepare internal reports on grant funding status, opportunities, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.

Proven experience in

grant writing

and

grant management , preferably within a nonprofit organization.

Strong understanding of grant-making processes and funding sources.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear, persuasive, and accurate proposals.

Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite

(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and grant management software.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
