We're actively seeking a talented

Manager, Value-Add Marketing

to join our Marketing Strategy Team in Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE. This role can be full-time on-site in one of our modern office locations or hybrid (2+ days in the office per week).As the Manager of Value-Add Marketing, move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by developing the Marketing Strategy and collaborating on the execution of value-add and practice management campaigns. Your focus will be on generating leads, promoting thought leadership, and shaping marketing strategies for financial concepts that support our annuity and life insurance products. You will manage a team of three within the Marketing Strategy Team in the Consumer Markets Division (CMD), collaborating with Marketing Strategists, Relationship Managers, and other marketing experts. Additionally, you'll work closely with the Retirement Strategies Group (RSG) and Advanced Design Unit (ADU) to ensure your team's strategy aligns with their goals to effectively engage various audiences with advanced financial services concepts.How you will make an impact:Partner with internal stakeholders, primarily RSG and ADU, to understand their goals and develop an annual marketing strategy, guiding your team to execute on key initiatives and deliver results.

Communicate practice management and value-add marketing strategies and secure stakeholder buy-in for cross-functional initiatives, including lead generations campaigns, podcasts, national webinars, continuing education, blogs, and social media campaigns.

Create practice management campaigns that empower sales teams to deliver value to financial professionals.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, with a focus on coaching, and employee development.

Support the creation of evergreen campaigns designed to generate marketing-qualified leads throughout the year.

Generate ideas on how industry insights can be used in our marketing strategies.

Manage resource allocation, ensuring balanced workloads, and focusing the team on high-value activities.

Ensure the timely delivery of campaigns, marketing materials, and other initiatives.

Partner with the Marketing Analytics team to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for optimization.

Participate in sales and industry conferences as a speaker or attendee.

The experience you bring:Four-year degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a similar field.

8+ years of marketing experience in the financial services industry, other highly regulated industry, or at a Marketing agency.

3+ years of experience managing a team.

Experience in using and managing external resources, including agencies, vendors, and partners, to support and execute marketing initiatives.

Experienced in developing and executing successful lead generation campaigns that drive measurable results.

Strong strategic thinking and project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and manage complex initiatives.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed, data-driven decisions.

Highly motivated and creative, with a knack for developing innovative marketing solutions.

Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Base Pay Range:The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.$131,040.00 - $160,160.00
