ABOUT THE POSITIONColumbia is looking for a Post-Production Specialist that will collaborate with the in-house studio teams as well as cross-functional partners in the organization to produce high quality assets. The role requires an individual with high attention to detail and an acute sense of organization. The photo studio is a high volume, fast paced work environment producing assets that range from product still life to high-touch editorials to environmental lifestyle imagery and it requires a confident problem solver who is naturally composed. The in-house Post Production Specialist will be responsible for their own work as well as evaluating incoming volumes to properly communicate additional resource needs in order to meet production benchmarks. Tasked with continuous process improvement, the ideal candidate will be able to spot problems in the workflow and ideate the implementation of resolutions.HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCERetouching of digital images in accordance with Product Imaging retouching style guides.

Creating and updating guidelines as needed for various Product Imaging asset types.

Managing assigned Editorial Projects and communicating resource needs.

Harnessing creative skillset to elevate editorial assets produce

Overseeing and managing day-to-day work to ensure benchmarks are met.

Juggling multiple projects and changing priorities.

Maintaining cross-functional partnerships to ensure consistent branding across various asset types.

YOU AREAble to perform independently with minimal supervision.

Able to utilize Photoshop with various levels of complexity depending on project.

Able to provides a high level of creative/media support to the marketing and sales departments.

YOU HAVE3+ years of experience as a post-production artist in commercial photography.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
