As our Multimedia Marketing Coordinator, you will be collaborating with our team to help build our brand's narrative, producing visual solutions with a mix of creative skills and plain old raw talent.What You will Do:Build the Brand:
Work your magic to craft a compelling brand voice that highlights our unique vibe-where creativity, craftsmanship, and client dreams collide. Get hands on experience immersed in exciting construction projects that change lives and shape communities.Content Creation Guru:
Show off our projects by helping to produce eye-catching content-videos, blogs, social media posts, you name it! This will include (but not be limited to): jobsite photography & video editing projects, website updates, and marketing collateral creation.Campaign Wizardry:
Help to create campaigns that spark interest and keep potential clients knocking at our door. Everything from digital ads to community events.Social Media Maverick:
Own our social channels! From Instagram & TikTok reels to Facebook posts, make sure our followers are as excited about our projects as we are.Collaborate with the Crew:
Work closely with our internal teams to make sure every campaign highlights our unique work and team culture, while collaborating with an enthusiastic, skilled marketing team who genuinely loves what they do! You will have the freedom to think outside the box! We love fresh ideas and are always open to innovative approaches.Who You Are:A creative thinker with a love for storytelling and design, while understanding our company brand.Obsessed with social media trends and know how to turn followers into fans.Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.An excellent communicator who loves to collaborate with a team and share ideas.Possess initiative and the ability to deal with last-minute changes or critical issues while under a tight deadline.Reliable, passionate, enthusiastic and willing to learn.Enjoy working in a small team environment and can just as easily work independently with limited direction.Most importantly, you are the type of person who gets a kick out of what you do, and has a never, ever say die attitude!Required Expertise:2-4 years of job-related experience preferred.College degree in like-type experience preferred but not required.Candidates MUST be proficient in Adobe Creative SuiteVideo editing skills in Adobe Premier and Adobe After Effects a plusWebsite design/maintenance (WIX)Salary commensurate with experience
