In this role, you'll manage marketing material updates, handle project coordination, and collaborate across departments to help achieve ridership and revenue goals. You'll also play a vital role in managing and updating the Brightline Guide, providing our guests with event-centric content that offers unique "Reasons to Ride."We’re looking for a highly organized, problem-solver who is eager to learn and grow with our exciting team and company. Content Management: Manage and execute day-to-day content updates for the Brightline Guide, ensuring it provides dynamic event-driven itineraries for guests traveling between South Florida and Central Florida. Research, curate, and maintain content pages that align with our brand and SEO standards. Marketing Strategy and Campaign Facilitation: Assist in developing marketing strategies and detailed campaign briefs for digital channels (website, email, social media). Collaborate with the brand team to brief in creative requests and ensure assets align with campaign goals. Gather and organize details from various teams (pricing, revenue, promotions) to ensure marketing campaigns are well-informed. Promotions Support: Present revenue-generating opportunities to the Partnerships or Sponsorship teams for long-term partnerships and sponsorships. Support the Sales Team in identifying promotional packages for business segments, including Corporate, Groups, GDS, and Wholesale. Project Coordination and Tracking: Maintain internal calendars, tracking systems, and performance metrics to ensure timely execution of projects.We are a new business model – agile and evolving.
