We are growing at Schiffman's and looking for another member for our thriving Marketing team!PurposeOur
Web Marketing Coordinator
is responsible for the maintenance of our websites (content, products, app updates, ADA, etc.), facilitating all e-commerce orders (including corporate orders) and generating organic awareness for each store brand (4 in total) through SEO. This position will also assist us in executing annual marketing plan across the organization.The role follows the guidance and direction established by management in performing their duties and responsibilities and may have latitude to determine priorities and methods of completing their work within established or approved guidelines or processes.Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesDesign, build and maintain content and product sections on all four of our websites.Facilitate all e-commerce orders and technical execution of our corporate programs.Update all existing web content to be ADA and SEO friendly.Update web page banners and events section monthly.Maintain accurate navigation, collection, and brand pages.Review existing product data and imagery for accuracy.Review new product data and utilize AI to create product descriptions.Upload and schedule all blog posts.Maintain Shopify apps and add-ons and update web tags in LightSpeed as needed.Required QualificationsBS/BA degree required in Business, Marketing, Design, or related field of study.Minimum 2 years related professional experience.Experience with Shopify.Technical knowledge and understanding of SEO, website metrics, and tracking.Excellent project management and organization skills.Learns quickly and can change in a fast-paced environment.Ability to handle the pressure of meeting tight deadlines.Ability to work well with others and take in coaching from upper management.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience in luxury retail.Experience with LightSpeed POS.Experience with HTML, CSS and Javascript.Experience with SEM.Physical and Mental AbilitiesLift 20 lbs. multiple times a day.Sit for up to 8 hours a day with small breaks.Ability to go up and downstairs.Job Type:
