Successful candidates will help lead a design team to provide the utmost in design services and client experience.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in interior design from an accredited institution5+ years of luxury residential experienceNCIDQ certification is beneficial; however, not mandatorySuccessful Candidate Profile:Possess keen design sensibilityAdept in custom furniture and product designExcellent knowledge of unique resourcesExperienced in site supervision and on-site decision-makingAble to mentor and assist in creating growth opportunities for design team members as neededPossess solid client management skills, including ability to take command of project from start to finish, drive decision-making processes, display confidence in ideas presented, and think quickly to ensure forward movement during client interactionsAble to prioritize competing project demandsDetail oriented, and possess excellent follow-throughProficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Suite; InDesign, Adobe Suite a bonusDuties and Responsibilities:Design LeadershipProject LeadershipOrganizing meetings and presentations for client meetingsOwnership of all client deliverables (i.e., proposals, budgets, drawings, etc.)Reviewing expediting report on a regular basis with procurement team, follow-up on critical path items.Oversight of project installations and delegating items until final completionMentoring design team, educating them in the design process wherever neededResponsible for project schedule and integration with product installationsClient RelationshipsExecutive PresenceAbility to quickly establish an open, trusting relationshipCommand of the project from start to finishCan be concise with a client to help drive the decision-making processAble to think quickly on their feet during client dialogue
