Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic communications plans to support our company's objectives and increase brand awareness.
- Manage and create content for various communication channels such as corporate website, social media, newsletters, press releases, and other publications.
- Develop and maintain editorial calendars to ensure timely execution of communication strategies.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather information and craft clear, compelling messages for various audiences.
- Manage media relations and maximize media opportunities.
- Oversee crisis communication, prepare crisis communication materials, and coordinate the company's response in emergency situations.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and make necessary adjustments.
- Ensure all communications are compliant with industry regulations.
- Manage the communications team, provide guidance, and ensure the team meets its objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Finance industry.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing communication strategies.
- Solid experience with editorial calendars and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and other digital communication tools.
- Knowledge of finance industry trends and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
