One of Aquent's leading entertainment clients is seeking a Product Marketing Manager that will support subscription growth for their streaming Bundles. This individual will lead strategic growth initiatives from end-to-end - from identifying opportunity areas to drive growth based on extensive analysis, to working with product and marketing channel teams to execute the initiatives, and ultimately iterating on the strategy based on actual performance.
Working for the Bundle Product Marketing team, this individual will be required to successfully navigate and coordinate across multiple cross-functional stakeholders to ensure holistic alignment. We're looking for an analytical and collaborative strategic thinker to help define how we stand out in an increasingly crowded marketplace.
Responsibilities:Develop Bundle product marketing strategies to accelerate subscriber growthConduct competitive marketing research and analysis to guide overarching Bundle strategy - in partnership with key product, UX, and marketing research teamsBridge insights, research, and competitive landscape research to identify white space opportunity areasDevelop strategies to maximize net-new subscriber acquisition along with tailored upgrade strategiesPartner with finance, legal, and operational teams to validate & refine growth recommendationsEnsure executive buy-in with robust presentationsSupport ad-hoc deck creation to showcase new plans, strategic initiatives, or to facilitate key decision makingSupporting on-going reporting, monthly business reviews, and quarterly business updatesSupport development of centralized information hub for various stakeholder teamsQualifications:
3-5 years of relevant experienceCollege degree requiredRich product marketing experience developing growth ideasComfort with Excel and experience with digital reporting toolsHighly organized project management skillsExtremely effective communicator, presenter, influencerExperience creating executive level presentations with limited supervision - with in-depth experience in Google slidesAbility to work autonomously, focusing on key outcomes amidst competing prioritiesAble to get your foot in the door across the organization to influence cross-functional teamsPreferred Qualifications deally some strategic consulting experienceUnderstanding of the OTT universe and subscription ecosystem is a plusSelf-starter, highly motivated, positive demeanor, excellent communicator, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentRequired Education:
BA/BS
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $68.57 to $76.19 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
