Assistant Community Manager
for our Inman Quarter property, located in Atlanta, GA.

Our current opportunity is for an
Assistant Community Manager
who will work in partnership with the Community Manager to direct property operations, using this partnership to enhance property performance and develop their skills as
Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
Assist with supervision of all on-site staff at the CommunityOversee and maintain company customer service standards; work with residents to resolve resident problems and complaintsOversee and direct leasing efforts including maintaining marketing plans, overseeing traffic, leasing success, utilizing telephone and leasing skills with prospective residents and directing the renewal effortTrain and develop community team members; develop staff to effectively practice a customer-friendly environmentAssist with all daily, weekly and monthly financial, leasing and bond reporting; work with staff to ensure apartments are make-ready and availablePrepare all community correspondence and present to Community Manager for signature prior to distributionQualifications and Skills
High School diploma required; undergraduate degree a plus.Must have minimum 2-3 year of Assistant Manager experience.Must
have proficient Yardi knowledge and skillsMust
have experience working in the multi-family or property management industry
