The client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic
Program Manager
to lead and manage complex, integrated marketing campaigns, sitting with the Performance Marketing Team within the client. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving measurable outcomes. You will collaborate across teams to coordinate efforts and optimize resources to deliver impactful, multi-channel campaigns that generate leads, build brand awareness, and support overall revenue goals.

6 months contractPay Range:
$80/hr to $92/hr
Responsibilities:Program Leadership:
Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, content, email, social media, events, etc.) that support business goalsCross-functional Collaboration : Partner with internal teams including product marketing, demand generation, content, creative, performance marketing, and sales to ensure campaign consistency, alignment, and efficiencyCampaign Strategy & Execution : Work closely with stakeholders to define objectives, target audience, key messages, and timelinesProject & Resource Management : Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. Ensure deadlines are met, campaigns are delivered within scope, and resources are effectively utilizedPerformance Measurement : Establish KPIs and success metrics for each campaign. Monitor performance, analyze results, and report on campaign effectiveness to key stakeholders. Recommend and implement optimizations based on dataRisk Management : Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks in the campaign process and work cross-functionally to address them to keep campaigns on trackStakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for campaign progress, updates, and results. Provide regular status reports and presentations to leadership and relevant teamsContinuous Improvement : Regularly review and refine program processes to drive efficiencies, innovation, and better results. Implement best practices in integrated marketing and program management
Qualifications:
Education/Experience : Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. PMI or PMP certification preferred8-10 years
experience requiredExperience with
Program management
and
Project managementStrong knowledge of
business and management principles
involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methodsStrong knowledge of computer software, such as
MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio
etc.Strong knowledge of
production processes, quality control, costs
and
other techniques
for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goodsExperience with
JIRA
and
ConfluenceStrong ability to work independently and manage one's timeStrong
leadership
and
mentoring skills
