We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful PragerFORCE & Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role will be focused on running the PragerFORCE student and young adult program, and daily coordination for the PragerU social media team. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills. This role requires someone who is extremely organized, proactive, outgoing, and passionate about growing PragerU’s impact on young people and on social media.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage daily communication with PragerFORCE members via email, Instagram DMs

Develop program calendar, plan and execute events including virtual networking, Q&A’s, PragerPairs, social media campaigns and competitions

Develop and implement social media strategies for PragerFORCE to enhance brand visibility and engagement, including content creation and curation

Responsible for managing and growing the PragerFORCE Instagram page

Craft engaging comments and messages that resonate with our audience and encourage meaningful interactions

Monitor social media trends and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly

Maintain organized records of social media activities, performance metrics, and member feedback

Host PragerFORCE onboarding and other online sessions, in-person events, and office tours

Liaise with PragerFORCE members, stakeholders, and guests to ensure everything is in order before, during, and after events and handle any inconsistencies

Coordinate tracking and communication for daily social media content creation and distribution

Collect, organize, and document social media posts and content for campaigns

Follow up with platform managers to ensure timely and accurate execution of campaign tasks

Assist in gathering metrics and analytics for special projects

Successful Candidates Will Possess:

Excellent interpersonal, writing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail

Ability to think creatively and strategically to engage and grow the digital audience

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

Eagerness to work in a fast-paced work environment—and ability to get up to speed quickly, solve problems independently, and juggle multiple tasks

Resourceful, forward-thinking, and adaptable to changing circumstances

A positive attitude and an ability to maintain a cheerful disposition and a smile while working hard

2-3 years of social media, digital marketing, and event experience preferred

Passion for social media and a solid understanding of key trends

Strong ability to organize and prioritize multiple deadlines, tasks, projects, and assignments

Salary Range:

The salary target for this role is $55,000 - $60,000. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package.
