The ideal candidate should have a pulse on the conservative movement in social media marketing. The Social Media Manager should be skilled in writing posts, engaging comments, optimizing uploads, and adapting social strategies to changes in the algorithms. The candidate should also have some content creation experience and an understanding of how to build and convert a digital audience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for creating and scheduling daily content across social media platforms.
Explore ways to engage current and new social networks to reach our target audience.
Evolve and elevate PragerU’s storytelling through timely, engaging campaigns.
Constantly monitor social media channels and engage with posts, popular hashtags and join pop culture conversations/moments in a proactive and timely manner to cultivate community.
Collaborate across the team and different departments to capture in-the-moment content while keeping overall content and social strategy in mind.
Manage PragerU’s social media profiles and presence, including Rumble, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube.
Manage data tracking and analysis for their platform, help manage best practices for the team.
Flexibility to move between different projects and activities with ease.
Support other tasks as assigned by leadership.
Successful Candidates Will Possess:
3-5 years of social media and/or related digital marketing experience preferred.
Strategic experience on social platforms, including Rumble, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, as well as staying up to date on emerging platforms.
Passion for social media and good understanding of key trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
Extremely organized with an eye for detail.
An ability to multitask, plan ahead on projects, and meet tight deadlines.
Aligns with company mission and vision.

Salary Range:
The salary target for this role is $70,000 - $90,000. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package. The final candidate hired may potentially have less or more experience than originally posted as per job description, and if this happens, an updated salary range may be used for final hiring package.
