As a Senior Product Designer at Manhattan Associates, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface of our innovative supply chain solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design thinking, user-centered design, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional and intuitive product experiences.Key Responsibilities

Apply user-centered design principles to create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively address user needs and pain points in the supply chain domain.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to drive collaboration and ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement in our supply chain solutions.Create high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate and validate design concepts, ensuring seamless transitions from concept to development.Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with best practices in UI/UX design for supply chain applications.Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems that ensure consistency and efficiency in the design process.Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously drive innovation and elevate the user experience of our supply chain solutions.Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience in product design, with a focus on supply chain solutions.A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, preferably in the supply chain, retail, ecommerce, or complex B2B solutions.Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite. Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus.Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive and effective design solutions.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to evolving project requirements.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.Committed to diversity and inclusionAt Manhattan, it’s about more than just the work.
