You can get further details about the nature of this opening, and what is expected from applicants, by reading the below.Job Summary The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for driving brand awareness, market differentiation, and sales prospecting via the strategy, management, and execution of all content marketing efforts for their assigned sectors. Additionally, this role supports division leadership, operations, and sales team efforts to retain and grow the business, and associate recruitment efforts across all healthcare service lines.

Sr Director of Marketing - Compass One Healthcare.

Detailed Responsibilities:

Create and manage the content marketing calendar for your assigned sector, with input from Communications, and oversee all content creation including sector thought leadership, client results storytelling, and differentiated sector capabilities messaging.Create and lead a structured and scalable strategic content creation process and channel strategy for your sectors with a "create once, publish everywhere" mindset and measure clear marketing ROI.Responsible for annual content marketing plan and content marketing budget for assigned sector.Partner with departments, key stakeholders, and Compass One Healthcare Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on content development and initiatives, including but not limited to website landing pages, fact sheets, account spotlights, client testimonials, sales materials, thought leadership posts, podcasts, case studies, video scripts, advertisements, and presentations.Partner with Brand Managers to ensure content strategy aligns with brand strategy.Partner with Data & Analytics and Sales Enablement to develop lead generation and customer engagement strategies; campaign and messaging ideas; optimization tactics; and other channel activation opportunities.Partner with Digital Marketing Manager to drive SEO page rankings and other channel metrics.Provide copy editing, guidance, and coaching to all external copywriting resources and support agencies, and serve as quality control for sector content outputs.Effectively, positively, and confidently develop yourself into a better writer and marketer through the editing and revision process.Research key thought leadership ideas for content and placement and pinpoint industry trends.Other duties, as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with a focus in business, marketing, and/or communications.3 - 5 years of related business experience, with a minimum of five years serving in marketing roles.Proven experience developing multi-channel marketing plans, campaigns, and content across traditional (print, events, experiential activations) and digital channels (web, email, video).Experience with content marketing strategy and execution.Experience with visual design across all platforms including working knowledge of concept, layout, and design.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.Up-to-date and consistently monitoring current marketing trends and best practices.A team player willing to step up when needed.Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel.Experience with SEO and Google Analytics a plus.Experience with Hubspot a plus.Experience in Healthcare a plus.Some travel required - up to 25%.Preferred location: Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC.
