To be considered for an interview, please make sure your application is full in line with the job specs as found below.Job Description Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 6 - 8 yrs. of experience, or a Master's with 6 - 8 yrs. of experience.Responsibilities:Demonstrate UI design skills with a strong portfolio.Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.Proficiency in visual design and wire-framing tools.Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.Understanding of n-tier, SOA architectures and UI frameworks.Experience developing high fidelity wireframes using rapid prototyping tools like HTML, CSS, Axure, IRise, etc.Experience building low fidelity wireframes using Adobe Creative suite, Omini-Graffle, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.Experience with implementing Responsive design (scaling the layout to fit different devices like smartphones and desktops).Ability to be results-focused, proactive, highly collaborative, and confident under pressure.Desired Qualifications (Nice to Have):Java Web application development experience focused on front end using JSP, JSF or other UI based technologies.
