UI/UX Designer (Full Time Role)

Job Title - UI/UX DesignerLocation - Irving, TXJob Type- Full TimeKey Responsibilities:Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative design solutions.Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.Experience conducting user research and usability testing.Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design ideas effectively.
