We are seeking a talented UI/UX Expert with 5-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, expertise in Figma, and a passion for crafting engaging user experiences across digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma to effectively communicate design concepts.Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.Analyze user feedback and analytics to iterate on design solutions and enhance user satisfaction.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform design strategy and innovation.Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative team environment.Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced digital environment.Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch).Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and demonstrating a clear understanding of UI/UX principles.Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design ideas effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
