You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to align marketing efforts with business objectives.Key responsibilities will include:Develop and Implement a Marketing Plan:Situation Analysis: Conduct a thorough analysis of the current market conditions, competition, and Thought Logic’s position.Strategy Development: Create a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.Execution Plan: Outline detailed action plans, timelines, and responsibilities.Brand and Messaging Consistency:Audit Existing Materials: Review and update current marketing materials for consistency and effectiveness.Brand Guidelines: Ensure all marketing efforts align with the brand guidelines.Content Creation: Oversight of the development or updates to key marketing collateral, including thought leadership, presentations, and social media content.Campaign Development and Execution:Campaign Development: Design and launch targeted marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and drive internal and external stakeholder engagement.Measurement and Optimization: Track the performance of campaigns and optimize based on data insights.Digital Marketing Initiatives:Website and SEO: Optimize Thought Logic’s website for search engines and user experience.Social Media: Manage and grow social media presence, engaging with the audience and increasing followers.Performance Tracking and Reporting:KPIs and Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish tracking mechanisms.Regular Reporting: Provide regular updates on marketing activities and their impact on business goals.Data-Driven Adjustments: Use analytics to inform decisions and adjust strategies as needed.Collaboration and Communication:Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate with Consulting and Market Leadership teams to ensure marketing efforts are integrated and aligned.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with key stakeholders regarding progress and outcomes.Market Research and Insights:Customer Insights: Conduct research to gain deeper insights into customer needs and preferences.Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats.Innovative Ideas: Propose new marketing ideas and tactics to promote and enable growth objectives.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.10+ years of proven experience in a senior marketing role within the professional services or management consulting industry.Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that drive business growth.Exceptional analytical abilities.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies.Equal Opportunity Statement: Thought Logic is an equal opportunity employer.
