Responsible for overseeing the affiliate partner channel along with marketing technology initiatives for our business line. The role works closely with digital analytics, media, and technology teams to prioritize, execute, and enhance campaigns. Partners with internal and external stakeholders to collaborate on growth-focused initiatives. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities:
Leads cross-functional teams to drive implementation of new marketing technology features and strategies.Partners with internal creative and audience teams and external agencies to implement new messaging and ad types.Develops campaigns that are consistent with the strategy and objectives of the business.Monitors controls to ensure campaigns are compliant.Manages campaign deliverables, timelines, and resources.Partners with legal and compliance to obtain approvals for the routing of ad copy and audience targeting.
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration and Management, or related field.4+ years of experience in Marketing, Business, or related field.In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.6+ years of experience in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Compensation:The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.
