Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.Responsible for overseeing affiliate partner channel along with marketing technology initiatives for our business line. The role works closely with digital analytics, media, and technology teams to prioritize, execute, and enhance campaigns. Partners with internal and external stakeholders to collaborate on growth focused initiatives. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.Responsibilities:Monitors controls to ensure campaigns are compliant.Manages campaign deliverables, timelines, and resources.Develops and manages roadmap for expansion of affiliate program and deepening of existing partnerships.Executes new partnership opportunities through the contractual onboarding process. Manages ongoing legal, compliance and regulatory requirements to ensure appropriate compliance management.Drives the strategic and tactical plan for leveraging marketing technology capabilities to enhance and modernize our approach to media optimization.Liaison between Paid Media and enterprise teams on marketing technology requirements gathering, use case prioritization, and communication of project updates to leadership.Minimum Qualifications:At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration and Management, or related field.4+ years of experience in Marketing, Business, or related field.In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Business, or related field.Preferred Qualifications:If we had our say, we’d also look for:Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.6+ years of experience in Marketing, Business, or related field.Application Deadline:The application window for this position is anticipated to close on Nov-11-2024.
