We're seeking a dynamic, data-driven marketer with a passion for driving results and an unwavering commitment to achieving exceptional growth in new members. Join us in identifying uncharted market opportunities, optimizing conversion pathways, executing new member and retention campaigns, analyzing campaign results and adjusting course as needed. You’ll also be tasked with forecasting and identifying trends and challenges in the financial subscriptions market, setting the strategy for retention, and driving new and existing member engagement. Actual salaries will vary based on multiple factors including, but not limited to location, education, experience and other factors permitted by law. The listed salary range is but one component of The Arena Group’s total compensation and benefits available to its employees.Please note: due to the volume of applications we receive, only applicants selected for consideration will be contacted.What You’ll DoDevise and execute data-driven new member growth strategies and campaigns anchored in iterative testing and a mindset which is open to testing new creative strategies.Unearth untapped customer segments and cohorts within the financial subscription domain, driving their rapid and sustained growth while crafting solutions for real customer needs.Continuously scrutinize, optimize, and refine conversion funnels, landing pages, and user journeys, driven by a passion for maximizing lead generation and conversion rates.Keep ahead of market trends and customer preferences, utilizing data-driven insights to pinpoint high-growth prospects and introduce disruptive innovations.Leverage advanced data analytics tools to meticulously track, measure, and report on KPIs and marketing campaign ROI, all while offering actionable insights and recommendations - working closely with our Business Intelligence team.Increase engagement through activities such as creating welcome journeys and targeted behavioral campaigns.Collaborate closely with partners to execute programs and campaigns that educate, inspire, and foster trust.Monitor results and present them to senior leadership on a regular cadence.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, editorial, engineers and customer support, to harmonize marketing endeavors with our overarching corporate objectives.Resourcefully manage marketing budgets, channeling resources for maximum impact and ROI, while maintaining a dedicated focus on doing what works and cutting what doesn’t.What You’ll BringBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is a strong asset.A proven track record (3-5 years) of driving exceptional growth in marketing, particularly within the financial services or subscription product space.An innovative mindset centered on swift, iterative test-and-learn methodologies.Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.A knack for identifying and scaling lucrative segments and cohorts.Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.A self-starter attitude with a strong sense of independence, driving initiatives forward.Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.Snapshot of BenefitsMedical, Dental and, Vision CoverageRetirement Savings Plan (401K), with company matchFlexible Spending Account (FSA) & Health Savings Account (HSA)Commuter BenefitsReimbursement for cell phone and internet usageA hybrid schedule offering 3 days of in-office work and 2 days to work from homeUnlimited Paid Time OffPaid Parental Leave12 Paid Holidays
