In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all corporate trade shows including industry research, liaising with vendors, internal coordination, and operations. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. You will be required to oversee dozens of trade shows across specialties and sizes.RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborating with the marketing team and organizers to define the strategy and event requirements.Researching key industry shows and sponsorship opportunities.Maintaining annual calendar in conjunction with the Sales and Business Development teams.Coordinating with vendors on inventory, logistics, and operations of each event.Managing internal communications and coordination with on-site staff.Traveling to select events to gather research and feedback.Researching relevant booth displays and design.Promoting the trade show through marketing channels and company listings.Managing annual budgets and expenses associated with trade shows.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in project management, marketing, communications, public relations, or related3 years of experience managing trade shows or events25% travel to yearly trade showsPREFERRED REQUIREMENTSExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
