Ready to make your application Please do read through the description at least once before clicking on Apply.POSITION SUMMARY:US HYBRID ROLE - WORK FROM HOME - TRAVEL WHEN NEEDED.The Marketing Specialist , Proposals & Presentations will be a key member of the commercial team and will be responsible for assisting the sales team win new business by developing high-quality, persuasive proposals and presentations that address client needs and differentiate our organization from our competitors. The individual in this role will combine creativity, writing, design skills and technical expertise to transform ideas into visually compelling and convincing proposals and presentations . This position is an individual contributor role and reports to the Vice President Sales & Marketing. This is a remote role with high level of team engagement via video conference. Priority will be given to candidates in Chicago or Houston areas. Periodic travel will be required for team meetings and training.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:ProposalsAnalyze incoming RFPs/RFIs/RFQs to understand customer requirements , scope of work, evaluation criteria and submission deadlinesDevelop a proposal plan outlining key tasks, timelines, responsibilities and resources needed for proposal developmentWork with key stakeholders and subject matter experts including sales, operations, human resources, safety and business leadership to gather information and develop compelling content for the proposal including scope of services, staffing plans, pricing, KPIs and past performanceWrite, edit and format well organized, persuasive, compelling and highly professional proposal documents insuring adherence to RFI/RFP/RFQ requirements professional business proposals.Design professional graphics including call-outs, charts, tables, graphs and illustrations to enhance the clarity and visual appeal of the proposalEnsure that proposals are submitted in time and in the format specified by the customerPresentationsCollaborate with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to gather content including text, data, images and multimedia elements for presentation developmentCraft an effective presentation narrative communicating key messages, objectives and takeawaysDesign the layout and visual elements of the presentation including slides, graphics, charts, diagrams and animations to enhance comprehension, retention and engagementTransform complex data into cohesive, concise and easy-to-understand charts, graphics and infographics to support key points and business insightsAid the sales team with training, templates and support to create independent presentationsOtherDesign other ad hoc printed materials such as marketing brochures, posters, banners, tablecloths in support of internal or external marketing effortsMaintain an archive of proposals and presentations as well as a library of reusable content including graphics, charts, photos, case studies, images and infographicsEnsure branding consistency is maintained in all printed materials including color schemes, fonts, logos and associated imageryOrder and distribute creative and unique branded merchandise to sales team membersWork with human resources to collaborate on engaging content for periodic internal newsletter distributionEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Creative Writing or BusinessMinimum 3 years’ experience in marketing or communication. Preference given to prior experience in technical writing or marketing experience with an industrial services company.Sample of writing skills, presentation and proposal design portfolio will be required to be presented during interviewStrong writing skills are essential for crafting clear, concise and persuasive content that effectively communicates the company’s solutions, capabilities, and value proposition.Analytical skills required for analyzing RFP/RFI/RFQ requirements, understanding customer value, evaluating proposal strategies and identifying winning themes and discriminators.Excellent project management skills are crucial for planning, organizing and coordinating proposal and presentation development activities, managing deadlines and ensuring the timely submission of high-quality proposals and presentationsEffective communication skills for collaboration with key internal stakeholders across multiple parts of the organization and as well as for presenting ideas, facilitating meetings, and conveying informationStrong research skills and tenacity for gathering information, data and evidence to support organizational value, meet customer expectations and requirementsOrganization and attention to detail is critical for reviewing and editing documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, compliance with customer requirements and adherence to company standards. and able to multitask effectively by prioritizing tasks and managing time effectivelyCritical thinking skills are essential for analyzing proposal requirements and presenting corresponding material in a clear, concise professional manner supporting organizational value as viewed from the customer’s lensSuperb copy writing skills adaptable to proposals, articles, social media posts and advertising copyWilling to enhance technical knowledge of our industry through ground level observation of operationsCreativity required to develop innovative proposal and presentation approaches, designing visually appealing graphics and visuals, and crafting compelling narratives that differentiate our organization and resonate with clients.Able to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse internal stakeholders to build consensus around proposal strategies, presentation narratives and solutions.Adaptability and resilience required to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and navigating changes and challenges that may arise during proposal and presentation preparation.Willing to work independently with minimal supervision and with a high degree

of self-motivation in a remote environmentProficiency with Outlook and Excel.
