As a Staff Product Designer, you are central to this mission, taking charge from the early stages of a projectWorking alongside our sales team, you'll help shape project trajectories with accurate estimatesYou'll partner directly with our clients, understanding their visions and using your design expertise to craft tangible digital productsYour projects will span from a month to a year, collaborating closely with clients and project managersYour primary responsibility is to create design assets that capture our clients' goals, transforming their ideas into standout productsServe as the primary design contact for clients, fostering trust and translating their vision into actionable design plansIndependently lead the design journey from ideation and gathering requirements to high-fidelity visualizations, ensuring alignment with client goalsDevelop essential design artifacts, such as wireframes and prototypes, to articulate and test design decisionsDeliver compelling presentations of design artifacts, justifying design decisions and addressing feedbackChampion an iterative approach, integrating stakeholder feedback to refine digital solutions for end-usersPrioritize tasks and manage concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery while upholding the highest qualityWork closely with developers to guarantee design fidelity during the implementation phaseStay updated on design trends, bringing fresh insights to enhance our offeringsOffer mentorship to budding designers, nurturing their growth and skillsEngage with Design Leadership to refine Black Airplane's design methodologies and visionCompany informationBlack Airplane is a digital product agency dedicated to solving complex business problems through innovative technology and design.
