7+ years of UX Designer experience and onsite-offshore and cross teams co-ordination experience.Must Have Skills:
Excellent communication skillsEvaluating existing sites and products for usabilityWorking with clients and colleagues to plan and implement new UX projectsCarrying out research into users’ needsDeveloping personas, working with POs to create user stories and other resources that capture users’ needsDeveloping wireframes and task flows based on user needsUsing specialist software to create mock-ups and prototypesMaking recommendations and planning changes based on user feedbackExploring and implementing other ways to gather and incorporate users’ feedbackFinding creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)Communicating design ideas and prototypes to developersDiverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
