If you pride yourself on providing a top notch consumer experience, this is the role for you.Position SummaryLifeVantage is on the search for an impactful, resourceful International Product Marketing Manager to champion the growth of LifeVantage through:The implementation of new products within the dietary supplement/nutraceutical, skin care and personal care categoriesInnovative marketing campaigns, promotions and projectsProduct lifecycle management including renovations, rebrands and sunsettingThis fast-paced role is integral to the successful development of new products and marketing strategies for the company’s international markets. The position will be responsible for taking US-lead products/initiatives and working closely with international market VPs and GMs to paint a vision for how products, campaigns, and initiatives would work for the market, determining if they are a fit for the market or if adjustments should be made. Finally, the Manager will usher the product, campaign or initiative through the commercialization, launch, or execution process.In addition to serving as the conduit for execution and project management within the marketing department, the International Product Marketing Manager is intricately involved in ensuring cross-functional collaboration, process and strategy extends to sales and marketing team members in market, maintaining an especially strong relationship with market GMs. Together with those cross-functional peers and the other members of the product marketing team, they work to execute marketing strategies locally and will be held responsible for key performance indicators tied to market engagement and growth.What Does Success Look Like?An integral part of a global product marketing team, success within this role comes when there is one LifeVantage global brand and when international markets feel completely integrated and included as part of the LifeVantage team, sharing in both the success and opportunities that exist for the organization.The role interacts daily with international VPs and GMs and cross-functional leaders and teams to ensure the products and projects are delivered with excellence, and that the LifeVantage consumer experience remains second to none. The ability to build solid cross functional partnerships and maintain good communication is essential.This role requires a keen self-starter and multitasker who thrives in an empowered environment with the ability to make both long-term strategic decisions and quick decisions under pressure.The successful candidate will have exceptional product and project management experience, with the ability to see the bigger picture while remaining intricately connected to the details.Essential Duties & Responsibilities include (others may be assigned):Conduct competitive & market research & analysisBe a go-to source of information and expert on your marketsConduct in-market field surveys, focus groupsProduct pricing analyses and forecastsPresent US product/programs to international market counterpartsIn conjunction with Regulatory, adapt US claims grids, positioning documents for local marketsGo To Market strategy and executionProduct names and trademarksIn conjunction with Operations and Design, ensure product labels are completed on timeEnrollment pack, product stack strategyOnboard local market employees, Field Advisory Board, Executive ConsultantsMonitor and report on project and program statusWork with other marketing leaders to define success within international project scopesElevate roadblocks as needed, helping to remove them when possibleNavigating unforeseen challenges and circumstances, always coming to the table with a viable solutionLead direct report career and skill development, holding effective one on one meetings to provide consistent role clarity, set expectations, and provide performance feedbackWork requires occasional travel and a willingness to work a flexible schedule.Education/Experience5+ years’ experience in CPG product marketing management with a focus on international markets, brand management, communications, or related areas2+ years’ experience of managing at least one direct reportMLM/Network Marketing experience preferredBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or related areasInternational Markets of InterestWe are seeking candidates who have experience in any or all of the following markets:AU/NZJPCAMXEU/UKPHTW/TH/SGQualifications/SkillsYou’ve got to have these skills in order to be considered:Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to communicate in a professional manner when dealing with employees, distributors, vendors and company contactsMotivated self-starter with the ability to proactively run with little supervision.A passion for dietary supplements/nutraceuticals, and/or skin care and personal careReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
