The Brand Marketing Manager will report to the Brand Marketing Lead. This manager will be responsible for supporting the Global Marketing team in the development and execution of global brand campaigns for Ralph Lauren, with a focus on the Home and Watches and Jewelry businesses. The Brand Marketing Manager will support the elevation of the Ralph Lauren brand globally that will, in turn, continue to build sales across the business. The Brand Marketing Manager will develop a strong knowledge of the global markets and of the advertising / digital landscapes, using that knowledge to craft strategies to bring the brand vision to life through stories with global relevance.

Partner in developing integrated marketing and data-driven strategies for campaigns, including an end-state vision of how we leverage consumer data and insight to drive segmentation, targeting, and messagingIdentify and anticipate short and long-term business opportunities based on the integration and interpretation of consumer trends, competitive activity, and/or retail trendsCollect and analyze global market information, drawing conclusions on market trends and customer dynamics, and defining opportunities for the brandCultivate a partnership with Home, Watches and Jewelry Design teams to help bring their creative vision to life through marketingCollaborate with Merchandising and Design teams across both Home and W&J to ensure campaigns are aligned with the brand vision, merchandising strategies, and product assortmentsPartner with internal teams across Regions (NA, EMEA, & APAC), Public Relations, Paid Media, Special Events, Digital (Social, Search, RLE/Website, Email), Retail/Stores, Licensing as well as external partners (if applicable) to plan & execute global 360° marketing plansCommunicate global strategies and marketing plans to the above internal teams, including leading cross-functional work streams such as working meetings and preparation for executive leadership reviews and presentationsSupport in briefing internal Ralph Lauren Agency on upcoming campaigns, including the development of content briefs, product ownership, and asset deliverablesDevelop documents such as launch plans, run-of-show, deliverables matrixes, and consumer-facing messagingContribute to Global Marketing operational documents such as consumer calendars and briefing trackersDevelop and report global campaign hindsight tracking KPIs, sales and media results, key insights, competitive analysis, and future areas of opportunityIdentify and anticipate business opportunities based on consumer behavior, competitor/industry, and retail trendsCompile budget tracking documents for specific campaigns & manage billing/invoices if neededPartner with Ralph Lauren Agency to ensure briefs are followed, shoot production timelines are created and deadlines are met

Salary range: $85,000 - $180,000 annually

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Relevant experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or related fieldPreferred professional experience in home, interiors, or digital marketing (Agency experience a plus)Ability to balance business and brand considerations in both big-picture and day-to-day ways, with a willingness to be an advocate for both the business and the consumerA strong team player and a self-starter – collaborative, proactive, and enthusiastic to drive teams to resultsDemonstrates thought leadership and a solutions-driven mindset with the ability to navigate a matrixed and multi-stakeholder organizationExcellent organization, communication, interpersonal, and project management skillsIn-depth understanding of new media and the digital landscapeStrong follow-through with attention to detailAbility to think proactively, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrates curiosity and a growth mindsetUnderstanding of and interest in business financials, ROI and profitabilityExemplary written and oral communication skills with experience producing content for C-Suite presentations
