They will ensure the office is neat and prepared for business. The Marketing Admin Coordinator will need to have a relationship-based attitude as a result of the associate being the customer with an understanding that the agent associates will seek them because the associate likes the individual and is swayed by enthusiasm.The Marketing Admin Coordinator acts as the Director of First Impressions for the Market Center. They will greet everyone with a smile and warmth as they enter the office. They will be as helpful as possible without neglecting the phones.The Marketing Admin Coordinator will assist in the management of the office by providing support and feedback to the Market Center Administrator (MCA) and Team Leader on all matters affecting the productivity and operation of the Market Center. We’re hiring a dynamic marketing coordinator to bring our brand to the next level.As a member of the marketing team, you’ll assist the marketing manager with the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns through promotional materials, creative content, advertising strategies, and social media. The ideal candidate for this position balances creativity with structure, can effectively work with a team to bring great ideas to life, and is committed to on-brand quality work. If you can’t wait to get started, we want you on our team.This job is anchored in our Fairfax, VA location.ResponsibilitiesEssential duties and responsibilitiesAnswer the phone properly with warmth and friendlinessGreet everyone with a smile—be positive and cheerfulAssist management teamHelp to share the Market Center value storyReceive and sort mail and deliveriesMaintain the appearance of the reception areaConceptualize and design internal and external marketing collateral, including writing copy and tag lines, and captions for digital, social media, email and event marketing, etc.Design slide decks and presentationsLaunch paid promotional ads on social media and GoogleSupport marketing database development, maintenance, and administrationAssist with creating graphics for internal departmentsCoordinate and help manage marketing campaigns for in-progress and completed projectsCoordinate and assist with client special events and volunteering eventsAssist with event marketing and coordination when neededAttend and contribute to daily huddlesMaintain a calendar of events and publish them on social mediaMaintain and monitor social media presenceEnsure all systems and technology are in working order each dayPerform additional administrative duties as neededRun our social media accounts and return messages to inquiriesCreate marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brandMonitor and maintain content across all platforms including website, mailing lists, SEO, and analytics to keep content currentHelp marketing staff achieve our goals through the implementation of advertising, digital, and communication plansCreate monthly breakdowns of our analytics on web and social, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunitiesQualificationsGreat verbal and communication skillsNeat, clean, professional appearanceHigh school graduatePhone skills and experiencePeople skills and experienceBachelor’s Degree preferred in marketing, communications, or technical fieldProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CanvaProficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)Strong writing and editing skillsSelf-directed professional with strong collaborative and interpersonal skills and internal and external client-service mindsetSolid prioritization skills, excellent follow-through, as well as the ability to operate independently while meeting multiple deadlinesHighly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality work productAbility to work as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environmentAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude and enthusiastic demeanorExceptional verbal and written communication skillsSuperior organizational skillsOpen to new learning experiencesAbility to unselfishly contribute to a teamReal estate experience is a plus, but not requiredSchedule:8-hour shiftMonday to FridayBA in Marketing or equivalent work experience requiredMinimum 2 years of experience in marketing/brand management or related fieldExperience with social media platforms, CRM, CSM, and public relationsMust exhibit strong understanding of latest marketing trendsMust be driven with strong communication and project management skillsCompensation:
