The position requires interaction with our marketing, customer service, operations, sales, and technology teams to ensure that our website, social media, collateral, and other communications accurately reflect our brand. If you’re ready to join a progressive and growing team that values every member’s input, start your application today!ResponsibilitiesAnswer the phone with warmth and friendlinessGreet everyone in a positive and enthusiastic mannerAttend and contribute to daily huddlesCreate marketing materials and publications as taskedMaintain calendar of events and publish on social mediaMaintain and monitor social media presenceAssist agents with day to day activitiesObtain agent profiles and photos as they join the office, maintain office rosterEnter new listings & perform compliance audits on files to ensure that all required documents are presentPerform MLS audits to ensure all files have been turned into the officeEnsure all systems and technology are in working order each dayServe as a liaison to all corporate partners and vendorsDirectly contribute to the culture and community of the officeAssist Team Leader and Market Center Administrator as directed dailyRun errands for OP/TL/MCA as needed (all gas/mileage is reimbursable)Receive and sort mail and deliveries; coordinate outgoing mailKeep an accurate supply inventory and make purchasesManage and organize storage/supply closetsMaintain appearance of office, common areas, and kitchenMake sure the office is open and closed for business each day based on the Market Center’s hours of operationManage website design, content, SEO development and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevantDevelop marketing materials and advertising campaigns from conception to completion that are timely and effectiveSupport the company and agent by tracking incoming leads/prospects so marketing campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to help ensure company growthPrepare signage and events for new community launches that will entice potential buyersMake sure all company materials are accurate and relevant in accordance to company compliance policiesQualificationsHigh School DiplomaExperience with social media platforms, CRM, CSM, and public relationsMinimum 12 months of experience in marketing/brand management or related fieldMust exhibit a strong understanding of the latest marketing trendsMust possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethicMust have reliable transportationB.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Journalism, Business or related major requiredMaintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestionsStrong communication skills both verbal and written are a must2 or more years experience in an Ad Agency or Real Estate Sales environment requiredDevelops innovative forward design conceptsCompensation$20 - $30 hourAbout Keller Williams Capital PropertiesKeller Williams Capital Properties continues its trajectory of growth, breaking multiple records in 2022.
