Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies to promote products, services, and the NCS Credit brand.
Essential Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings, and demographic dataAggregate and analyze digital data and make recommendations/reports to optimize website and increase client engagementPrepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales dataImplement and optimize marketing campaigns using SEO, PPC and other top of funnel tactical toolsResearch and prospect new leads, meeting or exceeding defined marketing metricsManage the NCS Credit website in alignment with SEO tactics, web optimization and lead generationCoordinate work with third-party marketing agency to create and implement marketing strategies and campaignsResearch advertising trends and competitors' pricing and productsCollaborate with Marketing to execute content creationOther duties as assignedRequirements

Bachelor's degree in business or related field3 plus years of experience in a Marketing coordinator roleExperience using a CRM system such as Sugar or SalesforceExperience with GA4Experience with lead generation tools such as ZoomInfo, Google Ads, and etc.Physical and mental demands
Ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and emailManual dexterityNear visual acuityProlonged sitting while viewing a computer monitorFrequent typing and use of keyboard/mouse
