Job PurposeICE is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Analyst to join its marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Operations Director, this individual will be responsible for the tactical support of management and execution of day-to-day workflows and technologies to realize the successful day-to-day operations of marketing. The right candidate will be well versed in process improvement, gathering requirements, technical writing, project or budget management tools, reporting & analytics, resource allocation, marketing technologies and supporting a marketing organization. In addition to supporting day-to-day marketing operations, this role will serve as the primary facilitator of ensuring vendor agreements are effectively addressed by the team, and that they adhere to the overall marketing budget and procurement processes.ResponsibilitiesProcess & Workflow coordinationDocument processes and procedures within marketingAnalyze, interpret and recommend changes to marketing proceduresEvaluate technologies, tools, and resources to determine fit or ability to address requirementsManage internal tools to centralize communication to the marketing orgCoordinate business requests across systems such as digital asset management and project management toolsImplement technology changes where appropriate to improve team efficiencyTrack and coordinate execution of vendor agreementsManage regular reporting for marketing operationsCoordinate and support marketing services in project or request intake and prioritizationAssign requests to available resources and establish delivery dates based on overall demandOrganize planning calendarsCollaborate with team leaders on scheduling of communication, event, or delivery datesManage stakeholder expectations through effective communication of project timelines and dependenciesKnowledge and ExperienceBachelors' Degree required3+ years progressive experience in operations, business analysis or process management3+ years' experience in traffic coordination or project management5+ years in using software like Visio, Smartsheet, or MS project to define process flow3+ years using formal project management tools3+ years in analyzing and presenting engagement or operational metricsWell versed in various marketing technologies across technology stack from events management, to CRM, to visual design.Strong technical documentation skillsAbility to communicate with all levels of an organizationExcellent organizational and time management skillsA passion for problem solvingCollaborative work approach/mindsetScheduleThis role offers work from home flexibility of one day per week.New York Base Salary RangeThe expected base salary for this role if located in New York City is between 80,000 - 123,600 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's incentive compensation.
