Nationally recognized for achieving outstanding academic results for students from all backgrounds and zip codes, we have created an innovative K-12 school model that is preparing current and future generations of children with the subject mastery and skills to succeed in college and life. We now need a results-driven Customer Experience Designer to join our community and customer experience team.

Reporting to the Executive of Customer Experience, the Customer Experience Designer will be a results-oriented professional dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. Utilizing their strong organizational and project management skills along with their extensive content knowledge, the Customer Experience Designer will focus on creating and improving the touchpoints and interactions that the Success Academy customer has with our product or service to ensure a positive and seamless experience.

Key responsibilities include:

Participate in the collaborative definition of the vision for new products, services or businesses

Uncover clues that point to latent, unarticulated needs and gather expressed needs; frame both into opportunities

Continuously iterate solution concepts using all manner of methods, from hand-drawn sketches to journey maps, wireframes and early stage digital products and interfaces

Support engagement with prospects and customers to test concepts and better understand what those stakeholders need, want and care about

Engage as appropriate with internal stakeholders from Investor Services and Corporate to understand both existing customer needs and Success Academy challenges

A successful applicant will have the following skills, characteristics, and values:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related

5+ years of professional experience in financial services, technology, product management or related

Experience and understanding of digital product and service design and development

Proven track record in designing intuitive product concepts

Proficiency with CX, UX and UI design

Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills

Proficiency with one or more design-driven, SaaS collaboration platforms, e.g., Miro, Mural, Figma, Canva

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation Range

Annual Salary: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00

Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
