Customer Experience Designer

will be a results-oriented professional dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. Utilizing their strong organizational and project management skills along with their extensive content knowledge, the Customer Experience Designer will focus on creating and improving the touchpoints and interactions that the Success Academy customer has with our product or service to ensure a positive and seamless experience.Key responsibilities include:Participate in the collaborative definition of the vision for new products, services or businessesUncover clues that point to latent, unarticulated needs and gather expressed needs; frame both into opportunitiesContinuously iterate solution concepts using all manner of methods, from hand-drawn sketches to journey maps, wireframes and early stage digital products and interfacesSupport engagement with prospects and customers to test concepts and better understand what those stakeholders need, want and care aboutEngage as appropriate with internal stakeholders from Investor Services and Corporate to understand both existing customer needs and Success Academy challengesA successful applicant will have the following skills, characteristics, and values:Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related5+ years of professional experience in financial services, technology, product management or relatedExperience and understanding of digital product and service design and developmentProven track record in designing intuitive product conceptsProficiency with CX, UX and UI designExcellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skillsProficiency with one or more design-driven, SaaS collaboration platforms, e.g., Miro, Mural, Figma, CanvaProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteTo apply, please send a resume and cover letter outlining your candidacy.
