As a Senior Manager, Product Development: Women’s Fashion, you’ll serve as an advocate for our customers and see the products you develop, from ideation to finished product review, come to life in stores and online. This is an opportunity to develop products for Walmart customers, offering great value and product quality. You’ll be the expert for Private Brand products within your categories of responsibility and leverage the scale and access of the Walmart system to truly impact the business and the lives of millions of customers worldwide. Collaborating to assist in setting the category strategy for Private Brands:
you’ll assist with strategy development, through deep customer understanding, market trends and industry knowledge
Building relationships:
you’ll use your influencing and leadership skills to build partnerships with suppliers, merchants, business partners and other Private Brand team members
Influence decisions:
you’ll collaborate with merchants to influence decisions about nearly every aspect of your products including replenishment, supply chain, manufacturers, store operations, planning, assortment, layouts, budgets, modular, and pricing
Delivering on Key Business metrics:
You’ll work with Sourcing to deliver quality products whilst ensuring key business metrics are achieved
Knowing your category:
You’ll know your private brand customers and suppliers better than anyone and are always thinking about what is next for your business
Quality:
Quality will be a constant area of focus, both in continuous improvement but also in maintain business required systems and protocols.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or related field and 4 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications:
Application development experience with emphasis on VBA and SQL programming languages, Creative design software, Financial modeling, Leading and completing cross-functional projects, Manufacturing, product development, or packaging, Microsoft Office, Supervisory Masters: Arts, Masters: Business, Masters: Science Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification, Six Sigma - Certification
