Under the direct supervision of Manager, work cross-functionally to resolve known marketing data quality problems in our CRM platform to support key business functions such as sales operations, customer support, marketing, order management, and business intelligence. Manage/respond to a large volume of internal customer requests, triage/troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, make necessary changes to data, and escalate issues to appropriate teams when needed. Responsible for leveraging social and digital reporting tool stacks to monitor and analyze marketing trends. Oversee campaign performances, competitive performances, and website performances. Conduct attribution analysis and track the company's overall digital and social media visibility. Produce and present detailed reporting to leadership highlighting performance, trends, and opportunities that will drive data-driven decision-making across campaigns. Collaborate closely with the Software and Digital team and other stakeholders to solve complex business questions. Assist in managing, creating, and publishing original high- quality content on all social media platforms. Collaborate with team creatives to develop and test new strategies and content opportunities. Provide creative content recommendations, including best practices, competitive insights and social media trends. Utilize various marketing methodologies such as: SAS, HTML, SEO Optimization, Google Analytics, MySQL, LinkedIn Analytics.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree or a foreign academic equivalent in Management, Digital Marketing or closely related with 6 months of related experience in job offered or as a Computer / Business Professional. Any suitable combination of education, training, and experience is acceptable.
