Develop and implement user experience strategies.Lead and mentor a team of designers to deliver high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.Utilize design patterns and best practices to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.Oversee the creation of data visualizations for complex information.Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to enhance user experience.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in digital design.Qualifications
10+ years of experience in the design industry (user experience, interaction design, visual design, research).3+ years of experience managing UX designers.Bachelor's degree in design, UX/UI design, human-computer interaction, or related field.Experience in designing accessible and complex, data-intensive digital experiences.Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional and multi-geographic teams.Job Type:
