Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
Advanced Degree in science, data science, mathematics or similar required
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 10 years of experience in drug development in pharmaceutical industry
Strong knowledge of Phase I - III study design and/or operational feasibility, operational planning, enrollment scenario modeling, etc.
Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to communicate clearly, persuade & negotiate
Demonstrated success managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously
Strong team player; demonstrated success working with geographically dispersed teams within a matrix organization
Experience with clinical development in a biopharmaceutical R&D setting; experience in oncology, neurology, or immunology a plus
