Your Role:

The Product Manager, U.S. TEPMETKO Marketing, is a crucial role within the commercial team and will be responsible for developing and executing key HCP and patient strategies, programs, and tactics to support the commercial success of TEPMETKO. This requires possessing the ability to rapidly develop deep therapeutic area insights and an understanding of the non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) market as well as key attributes of TEPMETKO to help position the product appropriately.

This role will involve cross-functional collaboration, project management skills and require the selected individual to become a champion for the brand both internally and externally. This position reports to the Director, Brand Lead of TEPMETKO Marketing and will work in close partnership with the broader U.S. Oncology Marketing Team.

Location: Onsite, requiring 3 days in the office. The office is located in the Seaport of Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to 2025 IPP strategic plan, and support HCP and lead patient tactical plansOwn and lead all patient marketing initiatives including the development and rollout of a new TEP Patient Support Kit and all content, evolved patient messaging platform and treatment brochure, etc.Manage omnichannel program, including updating program content with new brand story (WebMD content creation, BioPharm email deployment, banner ads, EHR content)Lead evolved omnichannel strategy based on personalized story flow by HCP segment, & lab & claims triggers to maximize business objectivesManage creation and execution of new content, including HCP segmentation through omnichannel marketing across all channels, including salesforceLead rep-triggered email strategy, content evolution and development and sales force roll outLead and manage updates to the HCP and Patient branded websites to include resource downloads, metadata & overall improvementsOwn and lead all nurse marketing initiativesWork with Portfolio Marketing to manage HCP, patient and caregiver resource printing and fulfillment in the portal (details, inventory, downloads)Serve as lead brand content provider for US Oncology Intranet SiteWork with internal and external partners to define success metrics and analyze performance of marketing programs on an ongoing basis, ensuring plans are optimized as needed to improve impact, and develop recommendations for future plansCollaborate with broader oncology marketing team to ensure strategic alignment and execution across the EMD Serono oncology portfolioEnsure legal/regulatory compliance and medical accuracy of all marketing tacticsManage agency partner relationships, workflows, and related expense budgetsManage budget on an ongoing basis and ensure spend and gating are reconciled on time & accuratelyOther duties as assignedWho You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

BA/BS degree required5+ years (or 3+ years with advanced degree) proven experience in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry brand marketingProficient in digital marketing, website development and media tactic and SEM directed toward patient and caregiver audiencesSuccessful track record in understanding the U.S. regulatory environment, OPDP promotional guidance and navigating the MLR review processProven project and vendor management skills including budget management, planning, prioritization, objective setting, and logistics executionAbility to travel up to 30%Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability and eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment, striving for excellence in everything you do, alongside a team that is driven by improving the lives of patientsPrior in-line or equivalent U.S. HCP/patient marketing experience, with 1+ years in a product manager role.Understanding of US oncology market, including HCP and patient/caregiver trends, patient advocacy dynamics, and patient support programsExperience across multiple promotional channels (Personal, Non-Personal, Patient Marketing)Patient advocacy and outreach experienceHigh ethical standards and personal integrityExperience with Veeva Vault and PromoMats preferredAdept in expense budget planning, tracking, and ROI measurementExcellent communications skills with an ability to efficiently and productively communicate both orally and in writing, track record of effective and influential presentations to external and internal stakeholdersProven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teamsResults-oriented, exhibits leadership skills, and ability to influence without authorityStrong analytical, problem solving, and strategic thinking skillsProficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
