Our client, a luxury Real Estate company, is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to join their team onsite in Miami, FL (4 days onsite and 1 day remote).

Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote luxury agents and their listings.Utilize market research and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and development.Advise agents on best brand strategy, traditional and digital marketing practices, campaigns strategy, print advertising, email marketing, and content marketing to generate qualified leads and enhance brand awareness.Advise on social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience and understanding of graphic design, copywriting, traditional campaigns, brand strategy, social media, and email marketing required.Reliable transportation (requires traveling to offices within assigned territory: Coral Gables, Brickell, Key Biscayne, Coconut Grove).Previous work experience in a Marketing Manager or Sr. Marketing Coordinator position or similar.Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and HTML coding a PLUS.
